Tightline Fishing Charters
 

Tightline Fishing Charters is a fully equipped charter boat located in Michigan City, IN.

Captain Tyler Kreighbaum grew up on Lake Michigan with the family owned and operated business since 1972.  He has been fishing for over 20 years and is very experienced when it comes to running a fishing charter.  Tyler is also a full time Michigan City Firefighter/EMT.  Along with the Captain, a First Mate is there as well to assist the group while fishing.  Captain Tyler is United States Coast Guard licensed.  

We are located in Northwest Indiana in Michigan City about 45 minutes East of Chicago.  The marina is about 5 minutes away from the Blue Chip Casino.    

Tightline is a 37' Marinette.  All of our customers have indoor/outdoor access on the boat plus a spacious upper deck.  There is also plenty of seating inside the boat in case the customers do not want to sit outside all day.  During the cooler months, the inside is heated; however, we suggest layering because the temperature can change quickly.

Crorkindill is a 32' Marinette.  With the same layout as the Tightline minus the upper deck.

Tightline Fishing Charters is here to provide exceptional service to all customers.  Fishing charters can be an enjoyable day for everyone.  We are always excited to be a host to families and friends of all ages.

We do our best to accommodate our customers in every way possible.  We try our best to be handicap accessible.  The back deck is large enough for wheelchairs to maneuver around.  We can also move wheelchairs around inside as well.  There is a bathroom aboard the boats but is located on the lower level which requires walking down a couple steps.  If you need an accommodation, please contact us for more information.
